OEM / ODM Services
Guangzhou IDEAL Beauty provides one-stop OEM / ODM services based on customers' needs by providing complete and professional product development and design services, as well as a comprehensive customer service system from receiving orders to delivering the goods. The following is our entire service process:
1. Tell us your demand or ideals.
2. Confirm and Pay in advance or in full.
3. Arrange mass production after customer’s sample confirmation. We will keep you updated during the production period.
4. We offer strict quality control workflow: 1st QC after finishing product, 8 hours life testing, and then 2nd QC.
OEM: Your logo can be printed on machine, screen, or the package.
ODM: Customers offer the draft ideas about the product design. Our engineers draw the design and confirm with customers. If adjustments needed, our engineer will change and reconfirm. When the drawing is confirmed, we will sign a contract and letter of authorization. Then we start to make the sample. After sample finished, we will test it and send to customer for checking and testing.
5. Delivery: We will inform you when the production is finished. Pay the balance according to the contract. Start shipping as agreed.
6. After-sales service: We offer 2 years warranty for the main machine and 3 months warranty for the spare parts except man-made damage. Main machine parts contains screen, and mainboards. Spare parts contains handles, probes, tubes, wires, magnetic valves, capacity, pump and other consumable items. The warranty date is valid from when we deliver it out or the date on the sticker at the back.
